Chris Sigaloff, Marlieke Kieboom and Kimon Moerbeek will share their knowledge and insights on their work in social innovation labs in the Netherlands at LabWorks, a gathering of labs organised by Nesta in London.
LabWorks, organised by Nesta in association with Bloomberg Philantropies, GovLab, Mindlab and MarS Solutions lab, is a two-day gathering of labs in London. LabWorks aims to bring together public innovators from across the world to hear about the latest tools, learn new skills, share thinking++Kennisland and labsWould you like to learn more about Kennisland’s work on labs? Check out our latest publication Lab Practice, dive into the experience of writing a book on Lab Craft in a booksprint or read our Lab’s case! and experience and build the basis for future collaboration. LabWorks aims to get answers on these questions:
- What is the evidence so far for innovation labs’ success?
- What do we know about how they work?
- How can their successes be repeated at scale?
Like Lab2, the first gathering of labs organised by Hivos and Kennisland in 2013, LabWorks aims to act as an innovation lab itself – blending existing networks and knowledge of public innovation with external inspiration and challenge, testing our assumptions and generating new ideas in the process.
Chris Sigaloff and Marlieke Kieboom are panellists in the parallel sessions on ‘politics’ and ‘eco-systems’.
