The ESSC is organised by the European Social Network (ESN) in cooperation with the Netherlands Presidency of the Council of the European Union. It is attended by international delegates from all levels of government, private sector companies and third sector organisations dedicated to improving people’s lives.

Chris Sigaloff will describe how social labs can help local authorities create new ways of working in the social domain promoting local leadership and innovation. She is in good company, with Ahmed Aboutaleb, Jetta Klijnsma, Janet Menard, Sascha Haselmayer and Zoran Puljic as her fellow speakers.
