KL travelled to Vienna this week as Creative industries rank high on the top-European political agenda.
In the opening address at the ‘Austrian Presidency Expert Seminar: Content for competitiveness’ Neelie Kroes (Member of the European Commission in charge of Competition Policy) argued that “The content industry is ever more in the vanguard of the digital revolution. For European creative industries this is a great opportunity for innovation and growth. It also allows us to promote European ideas, values and creativity”.
