The Social Innovation Summit #SIS18 is a two-day international event in Stuttgart on 9 and 10 March 2018 that addresses relevant topics in the context of social innovation and entrepreneurship. Tessa de Geus will be speaking on the lessons learned from operationalising the Amsterdam Approach and fostering partnerships for bottom-up innovation.

The Social Innovation Summit #SIS18 is a two-day international event in Stuttgart on 9 and 10 March 2018 that addresses relevant topics in the context of social innovation and entrepreneurship.

The programme of the summit consists of six different tracks:

  • Sustainable Living Spaces
  • IT 4 Change
  • Environment & Pollution
  • Corporate Social Innovation
  • Social Innovation Framework
  • Production and ConsumptionTessa will discuss what has been learned from implementing the ideas behind the Amsterdam Approach.

As an urban innovation researcher and advisor, Tessa++TessaRead more about Tessa’s work and background. will address the lessons learned from operationalising the Amsterdam Approach and fostering partnerships for bottom-up innovation, as part of the the Social Innovation Framework track.

Social innovation needs space for ideas, courageous actors and diverse resources. The main questions of this track is: What is still missing and how can we collaborate in order to create a solid infrastructure for social innovation?
