Following the event ‘Social Experimentation in Nordic Countries’ in Copenhagen, Therese and Marlieke have a conversation about the practical details of how to set up a lab team, how to find a suitable location for an open office in ‘the field’, and how to use Feed Forward, a self-developed storytelling & story-using methodology, to better connect the lived realities of citizens to policy-making, systems and organisations.
